This package is designed to help you change your nutrition habits and behaviors from the root by creating a comprehensive lifestyle change plan that contains no restrictions and is suitable for medical conditions. A specialized nutritionist will customize a meal plan based on one face to face session, in person or online, to help you achieve all your goals (being healthier, weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, weight maintenance.. etc.). The package includes two sessions and direct Whatsapp contact with the nutritionist, who will design your meal plan and answer all your questions during nine follow-ups on Whatsapp. The nutritionist will also ensure that you achieve your goal by monitoring your progress closely.

Package features:

• A diet designed based on your desire, requests, needs and health condition, if any
• Two sessions, direct contact online or through personal attendance with a nutritionist
• All your inquiries are answered three times a week, nine times within your subscription (intermittent response and not a discussion or dialogue on WhatsApp, only a response twice a week to your inquiries that you left throughout the week)
• When renewing the subscription, you can get a 10-15% discount (the type of discount is determined based on the type of package you wish to renew)

This package does not contain an exercise plan

After the payment process, the paid amounts cannot be refunded in all cases, and therefore the amount paid for the service will be in the wallet of your membership in Tegdar Center for a maximum of two months.
