This package is designed to help you create a lifestyle change plan that contains no restrictions, with the help of a specialized nutritionist. The plan is customized entirely to your goals and your current lifestyle, and it aims to help you achieve all your goals (being healthier, weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, weight maintenance.. etc.). The package includes direct Whatsapp contact with a nutritionist, who will design your meal plan and answer all your questions during four follow-ups on Whatsapp. The nutritionist will also ensure that you achieve your goal by monitoring your progress closely.

Package features:

• A diet designed based on your wishes, requests and needs
• All your inquiries are answered one day a week, three times within your subscription (intermittent response and not a discussion or dialogue on WhatsApp, only a response once a week to your inquiries that you left throughout the week)
• When renewing the subscription, you can get a 10-15% discount (the type of discount is determined based on the type of package you wish to renew)
• The possibility of adding a direct communication session (in person or online) with the specialist by prior reservation at a price of 20 dinars
