Mariam Haji, a behavioral nutritionist with a masters degree in nutrition will customize a meal plan based on four face to face sessions, in person or online, to help you achieve all your goals (being healthier, weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, weight maintenance.. etc.). The package includes four sessions with Mariam and direct Whatsapp contact with a nutritionist from our team, who will design your meal plan and answer all your questions during six follow-ups on Whatsapp. Mariam will also ensure that you achieve your goal by monitoring your progress closely.

After the payment process, the paid amounts cannot be refunded in all cases, and therefore the amount paid for the service will be in the wallet of your membership in Tegdar Center for a maximum of two months.
