You must have an active nutrition subscription from Tegdar Center for Nutrition in order to benefit from the workout add-on. If you do not have an active subscription with the center, workouts will not be provided.

Package Features:

• Workouts are provided in the form of a follow-along video with timed sets and counted reps.

• Exercises are pre-designed and selected based on your needs and fitness level.

• The workout plan is valid for one month only. After that, your subscription ends and must be renewed.

• You must have an active email address linked to a YouTube account in order to access the workout video.

Important Notice:

After completing payment, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

However, the paid amount will remain in your Tegdar membership wallet for up to two months, to be used for another service.
