• Intensive WhatsApp Support for one month (110SAR): Increase your support level by receiving follow-up messages three times a week for one month (12 follow-ups during your subscription) including responses to your questions and monitoring your progress.

• One online or in-person session (150 SAR): A direct meeting with a Nutrition before receiving your plan, either online or in-person. The session lasts 40 minutes and is aimed at discussing your goals and plan.

• Two online or In-Person Sessions (250 SAR): Two direct meetings with a Nutrition, either online or in-person. The first meeting takes place before starting the plan, and the second occurs two weeks after receiving the plan. Each session lasts 20-40 minutes, focusing on your goals, plan, and progress.
