Available Add-Ons (not included in the plan and can be added at any time):

• Food Selection (70 SAR):

This add-on allows you to choose all the food items you want included in the plan, while keeping the same number of meals and structure. It must be added before receiving the plan.

• 1-Week WhatsApp Follow-Up + Food Selection (90 SAR):

This add-on allows direct communication with the nutritionist via WhatsApp before receiving your plan to choose your preferred foods. After receiving your plan, you also get WhatsApp follow-up that includes answering your questions for one week.

• 1-Month WhatsApp Follow-Up + Food Selection (120 SAR):

This add-on allows direct communication with the nutritionist via WhatsApp before receiving your plan to choose your preferred foods. After receiving your plan, you also get WhatsApp follow-up that includes answering your questions for an entire month.

• One Online or In-Person Visual & Audio Session (80 SAR):

A direct consultation with the nutritionist before receiving your plan. Duration: 30–40 minutes to discuss your goals, your plan, and explain the mechanism.

• Two Online or In-Person Visual & Audio Sessions (150 SAR):

Two direct consultations with the nutritionist: the first before receiving your plan (30–40 minutes) to discuss your goals and plan, and the second after receiving your plan to discuss your progress and questions.

• One-Month Workout Subscription (120 SAR):

You receive a 1-month (30-day) subscription to Tegdar Nutrition Center’s workout program. To use this subscription, you must have a valid email address and a YouTube account. The workouts are complete video sessions that you follow and perform, scheduled for specific days of the week.

Note:

The nutrition plan does not include follow-up by the nutritionist. The plan is designed based on your calorie needs and general food categories. You may add follow-up and food-selection services through the available add-ons below.

Important:

Tegdar Center reserves the right to make modifications to the package, such as adding mandatory follow-up service, in cases where the client’s health condition requires it. This ensures maximum benefit from the plan and allows specialists to make necessary adjustments to the nutrition plan according to the client’s condition and needs. Follow-up service requires additional fees.

Notice:

Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded in cash under any circumstances. The paid amount will remain as credit in your Tegdar Center wallet for a maximum of two months.
