This session is aimed at helping you discover your life coaching needs, by exploring your goals, your feelings and your past. The session is a face-to-face conversation, in person or online, with Najim Zeyad, a certified trainer, life coach and nutrition coach. Najim will guide you through your emotions, helping you find their roots and setting a plan for how to begin healing and moving on. This package can also include nutrition guidance, if it is related to your mental health. The package is aimed towards whatever you may need, you decide the direction, and Najim helps you get there through her expertise.

Note:

After the payment process, the paid amounts cannot be refunded in all cases, and therefore the amount paid for the service will be in the wallet of your membership in Tegdar Center for a maximum of two months.
