Available Add-Ons (not included in the plan, can be added any time):

• Food Selection (70 SAR):

Allows you to choose all the food items you want included in the plan while keeping the same number of meals and structure. This add-on must be selected before receiving the plan.

• 1-Week WhatsApp Follow-Up + Food Selection (90 SAR):

This add-on allows you to communicate directly with the nutritionist via WhatsApp before receiving your plan to choose your preferred food items. After receiving your plan, you get WhatsApp follow-up for one week, including answering your questions.

• 1-Month WhatsApp Follow-Up + Food Selection (120 SAR):

This add-on allows you to communicate directly with the nutritionist via WhatsApp before receiving your plan to choose your preferred food items. After receiving your plan, you get WhatsApp follow-up for a full month, including answering your questions.

• One Online or In-Person Visual & Audio Session (80 SAR):

Direct consultation with the nutritionist before receiving your plan. Duration: 30–40 minutes to discuss your goals, your plan, and explain the mechanism.

• Two Online or In-Person Visual & Audio Sessions (150 SAR):

Two direct consultations with the nutritionist: the first before receiving your plan (30–40 minutes) to discuss your goals and plan, and the second after receiving your plan to discuss your progress and questions.

• One-Month Workout Subscription (120 SAR):

You receive a 1-month (30-day) subscription to Tegdar Nutrition Center’s workout program. You must have a valid email and a YouTube account. The workouts are complete video-guided sessions to follow and perform on specified days of the week.

Note:

The nutrition plan does not include follow-up by the nutritionist. The plan is designed based on your calorie needs and general food categories. You may add follow-up and food-selection services through the available add-ons below.

Important:

Tegdar Center reserves the right to make changes to the package, such as adding mandatory follow-up service, in cases where the client’s health condition requires it. This ensures maximum benefit from the plan and allows specialists to make necessary adjustments according to the client’s needs. Additional fees will apply for follow-up services.

Notice:

Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded in cash under any circumstances. The paid amount will remain as credit in your Tegdar Center wallet for a maximum of two months.
